Life Lately 02

  1. I've returned to the land of the internets! Yoga exams took over my life for a while, but I am happy to say they are over, I passed (yay!) and I am more than ready to get back to my normal (ha!) routine.

  2. My Mama just stayed with us for a week, and it must have been the fastest time has ever flown by. Seriously, lightening speed. I am such a mother's child and love having her with me SO much. Also, she has bundles of energy, and helped us tackle tasks around the house that we've been putting off for far too long, like painting the living room and a general declutter and rearranging session. Oh and she taught me how to use my sewing machine! Let's see if anything good will come from that.

  3. Trying to prepare for the holiday season travels, which can be a bit much in this household with both our birthdays sandwiched in between there, not to mention preparing for our work trip to India and Sri Lanka in November and December. P.S: If you have any great Sri Lanka tips, I'd love to hear them!

  4. Listening to ALL of Jessica's playlists. Perfect for working and your general enjoyment.

  5. This quote via theSkimm: “We run the risk of imagining God was a magician, with a magic wand able to do everything” — Pope Francis. He says that evolution and the Big Bang Theory are real and don’t go against the Church’s idea of creation. Not that I am following what's happening in Vatican City all the time, but I thought that was really something. Sounds like a stellar pope to me.
