Yes, I know. Another spread recipe. I have nothing to say for myself other than: I love brunch. I love bread. I love spreads. They all go hand in hand.
But really, this is so good. And so easy. Just some smoked salmon and horseradish. Whip it up in the morning while the coffee is brewing and slather it on that fresh baguette from the bakery around the corner. Ready for a lazy weekend breakfast? I sure am.
serves 4 people
100g smoked salmon
150g horseradish cream cheese
1 squeeze of lemon juice
In a mixing bowl, add smoked salmon, horseradish cream cheese and lemon juice. You can also use regular cream cheese and add freshly grated horseradish. Blend with an immersion blender and serve.
